The meeting point, start, and finish of the tour takes place on the Pereivos bridge in Ano Toumpa. The first 800 meters is a circular route of 5.6 km (40% path, 60% forest road). The duration  of the tour is 2 - 3 hours (30” breaks included), the total ascent is 220 meters with a minimum altitude of 110 meters and a maximum altitude of 270 meters.

The degree of difficulty is moderate.
